Hazel here! - Hmmm, unable to blog, eh?? We'll see about that! Today, as you may have read in an entry elsewhere on our blog, Annie was away from the office having an Alan Titchmarsh moment all of her own. In her absence, not only did we snuggle down with our newly replenished water and heating supplies, we also coped admirably (even though Joe is extremely poorly and the food stash has become so seriously depleted that I had to hand over my chocolate stash this afternoon), we also found out how to blog. Yey!!!!! Unfortunately, someone had taken one camera with her and also the battery charger for the other camera, so today I am uploading what was meant to be yesterday's blog. Now you're all familiar with the two-legged Baumhaus staff, I thought you might like to meet the four-legged furniture fanatics. Firstly, we have George;
George is some kind of dog. I don't know what kind exactly as I'm more of a tortoise person myself... anyway, George is quite small, quite temperamental and initially quite loveable. When I first visited Baumhaus I was assured by Anne & Phil that I would soon grow to hate George... sooner than I thought, as it transpired. The trouble is, George loves me. He also loves the postman, Mr. Singh's driver, and all of our other visitors. He expresses his luurrvv by barking incessantly (don't even pretend you haven't heard him in the background before). Joe and I have both noticed that George has been a bit subdued of late, but we haven't discovered what his most recent gripe is... watch this space!
Annie has been 'virtually' watching me type this blog and as my penance I've had to promise to blog my weekend... thank your lucky stars that it's tortoise hibernation season or Baumhaus Blogging could get really interesting ;)
Bloody hell - I only leave the office for a couple of hours and all the employees are blogging and publishing pics of my mutt Naughty George! LOL - I can see you as a tortoise peron Hazel....!!
